1. Reliable Automatic Tying

The heavy-duty automatic wire tier completes the tie-off cycle in less than 30 seconds. Its simplified design uses fewer component parts than other tiers on the market. Balemaster describes it as the most reliable auto-tier available.

2. Control & service information

The touch-screen controller features more than 50 information screens. An optional modem allows data transmission to Balemaster’s Service Center.

3. Consistent bale density

The bale-density control system automatically and continuously regulates tension when the paper grade changes. It adjusts squeezing force to help achieve high bale density without manual adjustments.

4. Hydraulic Options

A trunnion-mounted main hydraulic cylinder comes standard on all EO Series models. Choose from 10-, 12-, or 14-inch cylinder diameters to meet your bale-density requirements. Energy-efficient hydraulic power packs range from 50 to 225 HP to meet capacity demands.

5. Heavy-duty construction and shear blade

Heavy-duty welded construction is used throughout. The abrasion-resistant floor plate has a 500 Brinell hardness rating. A heavy-duty serrated shear blade is standard on most EO Series models; an optional double-acting shear blade can be installed on the baling ram for difficult materials.
