Production and Trim Models:

200 Series

Designed for low-volume trim applications, the 200 Series handles up to 1,200 pounds per hour of light basis-weight paper, film, and foils. Bale weights range from 250 to 600 pounds, depending on the material.

300 Series

Designed for a variety of applications, including corrugated and paper trim waste. It’s commonly used for operations producing 3 to 10 mill-size bales per day. An optional 48-inch feed chute can handle empty corrugated boxes from a manufacturing plant or small distribution center. Bale weights range from 700 to 1,500 pounds.

400 Series

Designed for hard-to-bale materials such as folding carton, chipboard, boxboard, and coated stocks. Its extrusion chamber is built with heavy-duty H-beams to help achieve high bale density. Bale weights range from 700 to 1,500 pounds.

800 Series

Designed for tough materials such as envelope skeletal waste, small paper slabs, and heavy fiberboard. The 800 Series uses two hydraulic cylinders to provide extra baling thrust and help maximize bale density.

1800 Series

Designed for whole or flattened aluminum cans and PET beverage containers. Extended chamber penetration helps maximize bale density with slippery and hard-to-bale materials.
